The Kusma is an rapid fire Sub machine gun with a older appearance, it is a remarkable weapon due to it being absolutely horrible (unless you can hit head shots) It can only be found in the Randomize weapons game setting.

The Kusma is also one of the only guns in the entire game that must be reloaded.
