Brief Information
The Webley is a one-handed pistol comparable to the Revolver, but with perfect accuracy at all times. In fact, it has a revolving chamber whereas the Revolver does not. It also has the unique property of switching from semi-automatic to three-round burst fire when Aimed Down Sights. This counter-intuitively makes the weapon less reliable while being aimed down sights.
Recommended Strategies
The Webley can be treated similarly to the revolver, utilizing the damage and range to keep distance. When dual wielded, a simultaneous shot from both pistols will instantly kill opponents with any hit.
In closer range, the single-handed ADS burst fire can be used as an instant kill option if the player can adjust to recoil and a headshot is infeasible. This is generally less consistent than using the free hand slot for something, however.
