The Kusma is an rapid fire Sub machine gun with a older appearance, it is a remarkable weapon due to it being absolutely horrible (unless you can hit head shots)  It can only be found in the Randomize weapons game setting. essentially it is a weaker version of the QCW05.

The Kusma is also one of the only guns in the entire game that must be reloaded.

The kusma is terrible in many ways, making it one of the worst options for combat unless you hit headshots. The kusma should only be used if there are no viable weapons nearby and you are unarmed. Maybe one day the kusma will get what it deserves.
