The Blank State is a very strong weapon with a singular, projectile cross in its clip. Some maps, such as TerminalPalace_02 (correct this if wrong), use this weapon exclusively, creating an experience similar to that of the Unreal Tournament modifier "Instagib".
Recommended Strategies
While it may be tempting to fire at your opponent the first chance you get with a weapon so powerful, missing that shot renders the weapon useless until another is picked up. In some cases, waiting for a good opportunity is key, though playing fast and risky with this weapon can prove equally effective.
